cancellation policy
I request 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, which enables me to offer that time to a client who is waiting for availability. If given less than 48 hours notice, but more than 24 hours notice, you will be billed a $25 cancellation fee. If given less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed 50% the cost of your session. If you fail to arrive for a scheduled session with no notice, you will be billed the full cost of the session. Illness and emergency situations, when they first occur on the day you contact me to cancel, are exempt from this policy and will not be billed any fees. Thank you.
